OUR CONTEMPORARY SERIES includes four homes of various sizes. The newest and largest is THE LESCHI, is spectacular with its soaring celings. Displayed at the 2008 Seattle Home Show, it is now on display at our Auburn Display Village. The 3120 square foot home has three bedrooms and two and a half baths with a versitile covered porch with fireplace perfect for entertaining and family gatherings.

THE SOPHISTICATED ALKI, shown at the 2007 Home Show, is a wonderful home with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. It also boasts a large uncovered deck, a great room and a spacious sunroom with a fireplace so you can enjoy it year-round. The Alki is currently on display at our Auburn Display Village.

The Deer Harbor is a cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a large open living room and kitchen with raised eating bar.

The Rosario offers a grand master suite with an oversized master bath and walk-in closet, 2 additional bedrooms and a bath. The huge great room includes a fireplace and built-in bookcases.
